David did a great job!

Chad and John were excellent: beautiful installation ( in and out in record time—we thought it would take all day)! They both were courteous, knowledgeable (they explained everything), courteous and very polite. Thank goodness we have a contract with Armor Air! P.S. My husband wanted me to add that they swept up when they finished and took all remaining trash and the old furnace. So appreciate them. Joe & Maureen Misbach

Had new furnace installed today. Techs were Shaun and Kameron. Both did a good job with installing and clean up. .

Called them when the furnace at our new house wouldn't kick on and they were able to have Fred out in about 2 hours. He was very friendly and professional. After checking everything he out recommended a membership because the system just needed cleaned/flushed, regular maintenance. After he finished he also set us up with an appointment to get our plumbing checked next week with our membership, and said we can do the same with our A/C in the spring. Happy to have all this stuff looked at and serviced and the membership fee of $149 seems like a smash price to pay for an of this. Thanks, Fred!

I called around to get my furnace tuned up, called Armor Air the young man that came out was amazing. From the call with Christal G. Who do so much to make sure my appointment was convenient for us, all the way to the end of my service I had a great service. They are knowledgeable, Polite, treated me like family, will never go anywhere Else.

They replaced my HVAC Unit the next buisness day, Tyler was very professional on how much it would cost to fix my old unit, for how much it would cost for repairs, was better off for them to install a whole new unit, and they installed it within 3 hours, and they checked and made sure everything is working properly and would highly recommend them in the near future, and they did an excellent job on installing my HVAC and they were very professional.

Michael our service tech has found at least 1 leak in our system and will be back next week to see if there are any more he is a great tech and has not given up on our problem and I like that and the company

Kind and thorough service

Armor air did a fantastic job. I've checking out my a c system. Tyler was very thorough and show me some issues with my system. I am not an AC man, but I do no electricity. Hot spots on a circuit board is not a good thing. Repairs are scheduled to be made. Thank you Tyler for your due diligence.

Very good experience, Nick, who I was in contact with, was very courteous & professional. Did an excellent job replacing water heater and installing water softener. Tyler came out for the $49 service on our AC to make sure it was running properly, he was excellent! While there wasn’t much that could be done to service the unit because it’s old and needs replaced and was installed before he was even alive he did the test, walked us through everything needed and found the best possible quote to replace our furnace and Ac!

Perry did a great job! He was personable and professional. He explained everything that he was going to do. I really appreciate that. He understands the tech equipment that he is working on. He asked me if I had any questions or concerns several times to make sure that I was satisfied with my equipment. Great job!

Tim was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Our coil was rusted and causing us to be very low on refrigerant. He sold us a new system at a reasonable price. Install crew, Chad and Shaun showed up to install the system within the next couple of hours. They got the job done quickly. They made great use of the limited space available for the inside equipment. They were very respectful of our home and property. After they were gone, the only way to tell they were even here is that our house started cooling back down rapidly.

Amazing work! (Unfortunately we don’t remember the names of the techs that did the job) but absolutely no complaints at all!! they were able to do installation next day after we called and installed us a whole new system (outdoor ac unit and furnace) in only a few hours! They were nice, and informative and explained everything clearly to my boyfriend and I! They cleaned up after themselves and over all good experience and for a good price! Thank you guys! Friendly and personable. Presented options to repair my equipment along with recommendations for future upgrades. I was given adequate heads up that they needed to delay my scheduled time and Tyler called when on his way.

Took Tyler just a few minutes to diagnos the problem. I know with this heat wave all places are very busy fixing AC units so have to wait 1 more day to get ours fixed.

Excellent customer service!

Matt help put my house back together after a water softener failed due to high water pressure, 120 psi, and ruined flooring, some baseboard and drywall. He explained what all the “knobs” are for and how to operate the softener. He was kind enough to load the old one and take it to “the train station,” as Rip would say. Thanks to Cory and the team!

Let me start by saying that my furnace went out last year during the winter time. We had a large company come out, the tech said it's your gas valve, he replaced it at the cost of $2000, the furnace then stopped working again. When I called back the furnace had started working again. So I left it alone. This year I turned it on....and nothing. So I decided to get some quotes on having a new furnace installed. I had one day this week to do it, and called about 6 companies, to get quotes, all the quotes seemed reasonable, but they were from salesmen. Lance from armor showed up and actually took the time to diagnose the problem and work to fix it he put on a new heat senor for us, and the furnace is working currently, we have decided to go ahead and replace as it is old and towards the end of its life. We will be having armor do the work and it's all thanks to Lance. He was so knowledgeable and worked to fix it before just quoting prices for a new one. He price matched for us. He put up with our incessant questioning, and even took a call after hours to discuss options. I'm so thankful that he took the time and due diligence and he made us feel comfortable in our decision to use armor. For once I don't feel swindled. Thank you! This is an addition. I had a problem with my air conditioner, and requested a tech to come and look at it, he came out and was super knowledgeable and friendly. He found the problem right away and the fix was well within my budget. He explained everything to me abd made me feel very comfortable. He just re-affirmed that I made the right choice going with armor air!

He forgot to close crawl space and left light and extension cord on in crawl space. Needs to remove extension cord and turn off light in crawl space.
