Let me tell you guys what!! The owner of this company is absolutely AMAZING. My furnace went out and needed replaced, 11 years old. Jamie and his team was on it. Only problem that stood in the way is that I'm on SSI. But they worked with me till we got a price I could finance! Once I was fianced we ran into a problem with the shipment of furnaces they used. But best believe they didnt give up. They came Back out the next day and replaced it with a new one and ive had no problem since. With the help of this amazing company my children and us adults FINALLY have heat again! Thank you Armor Air for being an amazing company.

Armor Air installed a furnace for us only to find out after install we needed a new ac unit as well! 🥴 These guys are on it!! They came out 2 days after installing the furnace only to take it back out to replace a very clogged coil system. Installed the furnace again along with a new ac unit!! Jamie and his crew are attentive and care about what they do and their customers!

Incredible service. Initially had them out for the free water heater flush and they’ve since fixed several issues with my house. I would be out thousands if it weren’t for them most recently Quentin helped unclog my drain in less than 2 minutes. Super thankful.

You really judge a company by how they handle something under warranty. They admitted right away that the problem was a faulty controller and the fact that they didn’t replace the ballast tank for my well pump. They replaced everything in one day and were great! Staff are professional and courteous. It seems they are incentivized to push high cost repairs on to customers. Within a month I had a furnace, then plumbing inspection, was told I needed items replaced that weren’t halfway through the normal lifespan. I could see a faulty part causing something to be short lived but quite a coincidence for so many appliances to fail simultaneously.

Fred was prompt,courteous and very thorough. I would recommend him to anyone.

I'm very happy with the installation of the Aprilaire humidifier and the follow-up support I've received from Armor Air. Robert was very thorough explaining the system to me and did so in a way I could understand. I had gotten quotes on this same system from other companies and Armor Air was hands down the best option, plus they offer a Veteran discount. I can already feel a huge difference in my home and am glad I made this decision.

I had 2 different appointments on one day the first was to have my furnace checked and cleaned as needed with Richard. The second was to have my hot water heater flushed and plumbing inspected by Ryan and Cameron. I cannot say enough good things about all of these gentlemen. They were all very courteous, professional and efficient. With both issues all of my questions were answered, and they took the time to educate me on what I have, how to look after it and suggestions for other things that might help with the operation and maintenance of my home. There was no sales pressure. I will be calling them again next year.

The young man they sent out Casey was a stand up dude. He took pictures and really was a kind and humble guy. He knows his stuff. Top notch advice. Provided pictures and was so nice. Use these guys they won't let you down.

Came and installed furnace on emergency basis and good job. However they were out of furnace filters at time and said they would be back with filter and it’s almost a week a have not heard from anyone.

They were good. They did not dry up the water when they changed out the washer hoses.

Today was a complete joke. We had a service windows from 12 to 2. We got a text saying they would be there at 1. No one arrived. We called the company at 2 and asked. They said our driver would be there in 30 minutes. Called them back at 2:30. Nobody was coming. Said they would have someone there by 3. Called back at 3. They promised someone would be out by 3:30. I called the office back and explained my situation and asked if there was anything they could do for us to compensate for the time we were wasting. I had to take off work to be home, and they were asking me to take another day off to move appoointment to another day. The manager at the office told me tough luck pretty much. We just canceled the appointment. Completely unprofessional. "Update: After seeing my review, someone reached out to me, and we rescheduled the appointment. They offered a discounted service, which was exactly the resolution I was hoping for. I’m pleased with the outcome now. The team came out the following week, arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the service efficiently and professionally. I truly appreciate when businesses take feedback seriously, make adjustments, and prioritize excellent customer service. Thank you!"

They never disappoint—great job and service!!

We called two companies before we tried calling Armor Air, but they didn't answer their phone; Armor Air answered on the first ring! and Tyler was at our house in less than an hour. Our furnace and air conditioning system had not worked in over two years, but Tyler found the problem immediately and had our heat back on in less than a half hour. I really liked that he let me watch as he inspected everything, and that he took time to explain what he was doing providing answers to all of my questions. Our HVAC system was old: the air conditioner was leaking all over the furnace, the furnace had rust all over it, and Tyler found a crack in our water heater with water leaking everywhere. Tyler explained all of our options providing us multiple progressive quotes. Even though Tyler had already repaired the heater, we decided to replace everything. Armor Air had 4 trucks and 4 techs at our house at 8am the next day, and Jordan, Chad, John, and John had our new furnace, air conditioner, water heater and thermostat installed in under 6 hours. Everyone involved in this process were polite and professional, and we had a wonderful experience We are so happy that it was Armor Air that answered our call!!

Armor Air has been taking care of us since we bought our home in 2020. They came out right away and replaced our condemned HVAC system and have been our go to for any electrical, plumbing, HVAC needs! They recently replaced our water heater and water softener. While their they made sure to have fun with our kids and gave them a coloring book. They truly live their Motto (Do what’s right). My wife and I will not go anywhere else. We are lifelong customers. I don’t like writing negative reviews but this may be the only way to get a response from Armor Air. Two weeks ago I spent over $12K for a new heat pump. Adding a heat pump qualified me for a tax reduction for the year. However, I still haven’t received any paperwork for the new unit. I called many times and asked for the warranty, manuals, and other paperwork needed. The only thing I’ve received is an invoice which does not suffice for what I need. I also informed them that the technicians did a poor job. The panel unit was installed upside down which made it unsecured. When I removed it I notice they didn’t bother to put my filter back in and it was full of trash (parts from their work. See photo below). This trash/garbage could definitely cause a major problem if it got sucked into the unit. They also left the place very messy and dirty. If I was an elderly person or someone with no knowledge of what they did then I would definitely have problems down the road with their work. COME ON PEOPLE. HOW HARD IS IT TO GIVE GOOD SERVICE?!? Update: I am changing my review to positive because the owner (Jamie) reached out to me personally and assured me that he would take care of my issues. He even followed up our initial phone call with another one to make sure I received what I was needing. If the owner can take the time to ensure customer satisfaction, then I think this company deserves another review. 2nd Update: As luck would have it, my blower went out on my furnace. Freddie came that day a diagnosed the problem. Being a Friday they had to order the blower and couldn’t install it until Monday. They actually came early and installed the new one, replaced my thermostat with a newer more advanced one I had before , cleaned up and we’re on their way. A supervisor (Dave) also stopped by and answered all my questions and I noticed he was working well with Freddie in repairing the furnace. Very happy with the job and price. Update #3 My furnace went out Monday. I called Armor Air to look at it. Being that it was more than 20 yrs old and things were starting to go on it I decided to get a new one. Freddie (one of the best) came by that same day and after consulting with the workers, who were very skilled, came up with 6 different options for me. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything and even recommended a lower priced model since I’m using the hybrid system. He said he’d have it replaced the next day. Sean showed up early Tuesday morning and installed a new one and took the old one away. During his installation he noticed a leak from above the furnace coming from my toilet. He called the home office and they sent a plumber (Ryan) right out to fix that problem. Afterwards Sean went over everything I needed to know about my new unit and even gave me some pointers on how to make it more efficient. A+ to these guys!

Armor Air just installed a new Heat Pump unit in our home. We are so pleased with everything from start to finish. Technicians were polite, very professional, and we love this new heat pump. Our furnace stopped working the temp was about 25 degrees. We were so impressed with how fast they came out & installed the new unit.

Robert and Casey came to do a tune-up of our boiler and HVAC systems and they were very knowledgeable. Very friendly and explained everything about how the system (boiler) works, we had no idea it being our first time with that kind of system. Terry was very professional 👏 at what he does. He came in, we walked thru everything concerning the plumbing. He checked our toilets, faucets, outside faucets, the washer, hot water tank and the water softener. Answered all questions we had. We sat down and talked about what we needed and how he could help. This was the first time using Armor Air, and their service was great. The Tech was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Another point is that he was very respectful and personable. I would definitely recommend Armor for your HVAC service.

Had new furnace installed today. Techs were Shaun and Kameron. Both did a good job with installing and clean up. .

Called them when the furnace at our new house wouldn't kick on and they were able to have Fred out in about 2 hours. He was very friendly and professional. After checking everything he out recommended a membership because the system just needed cleaned/flushed, regular maintenance. After he finished he also set us up with an appointment to get our plumbing checked next week with our membership, and said we can do the same with our A/C in the spring. Happy to have all this stuff looked at and serviced and the membership fee of $149 seems like a smash price to pay for an of this. Thanks, Fred!

I called around to get my furnace tuned up, called Armor Air the young man that came out was amazing. From the call with Christal G. Who do so much to make sure my appointment was convenient for us, all the way to the end of my service I had a great service. They are knowledgeable, Polite, treated me like family, will never go anywhere Else.

They replaced my HVAC Unit the next buisness day, Tyler was very professional on how much it would cost to fix my old unit, for how much it would cost for repairs, was better off for them to install a whole new unit, and they installed it within 3 hours, and they checked and made sure everything is working properly and would highly recommend them in the near future, and they did an excellent job on installing my HVAC and they were very professional.

Super nice guy. Did a great job, real plus to your great team. Freddie is also great. Came out for a minor repair, very nice and was done quickly. Michael our service tech has found at least 1 leak in our system and will be back next week to see if there are any more he is a great tech and has not given up on our problem and I like that and the company

Kind and thorough service

Armor air did a fantastic job. I've checking out my a c system. Tyler was very thorough and show me some issues with my system. I am not an AC man, but I do no electricity. Hot spots on a circuit board is not a good thing. Repairs are scheduled to be made. Thank you Tyler for your due diligence.

Armor air and Freddie are my new go to guys prices are really fair the work he did goes above the standard and they offer a veteran discount which is huge and they even say hey man I can save you more money doing it this way so I really appreciate how fast you all showed up and how fast u fixed the problem no extra trying to sell bs that people don’t need or will ever use

Tyler came out for the $49 service on our AC to make sure it was running properly, he was excellent! While there wasn’t much that could be done to service the unit because it’s old and needs replaced and was installed before he was even alive he did the test, walked us through everything needed and found the best possible quote to replace our furnace and Ac!

He asked me if I had any questions or concerns several times to make sure that I was satisfied with my equipment. Great job!

Tim was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Our coil was rusted and causing us to be very low on refrigerant. He sold us a new system at a reasonable price. Install crew, Chad and Shaun showed up to install the system within the next couple of hours. They got the job done quickly. They made great use of the limited space available for the inside equipment. They were very respectful of our home and property. After they were gone, the only way to tell they were even here is that our house started cooling back down rapidly.
